PIN numbers for the purchased calling cards will be available as soon as the credit card transaction is successful. Within a few seconds, a copy of the receipt is emailed to the address provided. In case of any unforeseen technical errors during transaction, please inform us at support@phonecardquick.com. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with a correct email address. PhoneCardsQuick.com shall not be held responsible for any mistaken delivery produced by customer's false information. PhoneCardsQuick.com also shall not be held responsible for unauthorized use of PIN number, stolen or otherwise. REFUND POLICY: PhoneCardsQuick.com guarantees fitness of phone cards that we sell for up to 10 days from purchase. Due to the nature of calling cards and our delivery methods, we do not allow any refunds. You might be able to exchange the card with another one of the same value for certain products that we carry. However, this applies only if you have not used the card. Sometimes the rates can be different from the rate that we state on our web site due to a change on the card vendors' side. If an automatic message says a different amount of minutes from what we show on our web site, please hang up immediately and contact us. Continuing use of the card at this point means that you agree to use the card with the said amount of time/charge. In this case, we cannot exchange the card for you.
